ACP network

Creating an ACP network of peers

Over the past 18 months The College has been working with other groups to explore the potential for podiatry to become more involved in Advanced Clinical Practice roles. We are now looking to create a network for podiatrists working as advanced clinical practitioners (ACPs), and those working towards this. This is our vision:

Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP) has existed in several formats for several years both in the NHS and the private sector. The Multi-professional Framework for Advanced Clinical Practice published in 2017 has seen the first formal standardisation of Advanced Practice in England, which is slowly being rolled out across the healthcare sector. There are several great opportunities for the profession with ACP roles which the College is keen to explore. This event launches our ACP network of peers where we hope to encourage sharing of practice, discussion regarding ACP opportunities and collaboration across the profession.

If you would like to be part of this network and help us to develop this vision, then we want to hear from you. Complete the form below and we will contact you.
