The first thing you'll need to do is to fill in the ‘Application to Register and Assistant Practitioner’ form below.

Once this form is filled in and signed please return to assistants@cop.org.uk or via post to: The College of Podiatry, Quartz House, 207 Providence Square, Mill Street, London, SE1 2EW

Once this form has been received, The College of Podiatry will send an invoice through to the invoice address stated on the form. This invoice will need to be paid within 30 days. If a Purchase Order number is needed for finance purposes, please ensure that this is on the application form to avoid delays. The College of Podiatry can only send the training manual and accompanying documents once payment has been received.

Included with the Assistants Training Manual will be the Supervisors Guidance Document and further information on how to create a Reflective Portfolio.
