National Skills Academy for Health

National Skills Academy for Health

The National Skills Academy for Health is running a series of regional conferences during November to explore key themes and challenges around support workforce development. Both clinical support workers and the wider support workforce will have a critical role to play in delivering the vision set out in the Five Year Forward View. But this will require new skillsets and a better utilisation of support worker skills and expertise, putting further pressure on already restricted budgets.

Conference registration will open in September for the following dates and locations:

  • Bristol – 11th November, 10am-2pm
  • Guildford – 11th November, 10am-2pm
  • Chelmsford, Essex – 17th November, 10am-2pm
  • Liverpool – 18th November, 10am-2p
  • Southampton – 24th November, 10am-2pm
  • Birmingham – 25th November, 10am-2pm

The conference will also be held in London, Sheffield, the North East and the East of England - dates and venues will be published here as soon as they are finalised. Please visit the link for further information.
