Allied Health Support Workers engagement in public health conference

This conference is open to all allied health support workers,allied health professionals and other healthcare professionals working in North West London.

Would you like to:

  • Hear from National Leads in Public Health, including Linda Hindle, Lead Allied Health Professional and National Engagement Lead for Police and Fire Services and Suzanne Rastrick, Chief Allied Health Professions Officer, NHS Englandabout the important role of allied health support workers in delivering public health messages.
  • Learn about the North West London PHASE project designed to develop the allied health support workers to deliver public health messages.
  • Learn about the diversity of public health work undertaken by allied health support workers.
  • Discuss how allied health support workers could develop further opportunities to be involved in public health in their work.

 

The conference will include a combination of presentations and interactive sessions.

Poster Competition – ‘Your role in public health’

Allied Health Support Workers across North West London are encouraged to submit posters for the conference illustrating how they are involved in public health in their role. There will be prizes for the winners!

Posters should be no smaller than A3 and no bigger than A1 in size.
